The WEH® TW05 Quick Connector offers an efficient and reliable solution for pressure, function, and leak testing of components with M16x1.5 female threads. Engineered for high-volume series production, it enables secure, pressure-tight connections in just seconds—completely eliminating the need for manual tightening or the use of additional sealants.

By simply actuating the grip sleeve, the patented WEH® clamping jaws expand to lock securely inside the threaded port. The test piece is simultaneously sealed and pressurised (5 – 12 bar), significantly accelerating test cycles and removing the need for complex test fixtures.

For operations requiring high-frequency or automated testing, the TW05 is also available in a version with control housing. This option allows actuation via external control and pressure lines, optimizing throughput and reducing labour demands.
